Ask the Expert Online Podiatry Consultation

Sometimes you just cannot find the time to book an appointment. Our ask the expert online consultation is ideal in this scenario. You simply upload a detailed description of your concern including a photo or video if you wish and one our podiatrists will normally reply within 48hrs. Please note not all conditions are not suitable for online consultation service.

What you get if you pay for our online consultation service:

  1. Up to 3 email replies
  2. Diagnosis if possible.
  3. Recommendation on suitable treatment options.
  4. If you are not deemed suitable for our online consultation you will be sent written treatment recommendation which may include a recommendation to attend for one our treatments or to see another health care professional. In this instance a £5-10 administration fee is charged depending on the amount of time take.
  5. 10% reduction off treatment recommended at Feet in Focus
  6. Our online podiatry consultation is charged at £50.

      1. Unfortunately there is no complete substitute for attending a face to face consultation with our podiatrists but our ask an expert online consultation can be a useful service in many instances where patients are not able to attend.
      2. The information you send to Feet in Focus through our online consultation is delivered to us via email, while we take measures to secure our emails, email as a form of communication cannot be considered 100% secure. This is similar to when details are sent via royal mail, it is not 100% secure or guaranteed.
      3. In order to keep our costs low, we charge an additional 3% charge for processing credit card payments.
      4. The information you sent to us via the online consultation form is treated with upmost respect and is kept confidential.
