Cancellation Policy
Feet in Focus operates a cancellation policy, our policy is similar to many other medical clinics and we kindly ask all patients to adhere to it.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment we simply ask you to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for our shorter 30 minute appointments and 48 hours notice for our longer appointments such as our biomechanical assessments and nail surgery appointments. If this minimum is not adhered to, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost of the appointment.
We are obviously aware that from time to time circumstances dictate that an appointment will be missed or less than the 24 hours notice will be given. On such occasions we can be lenient but frequent missed appointments can be very disruptive to the smooth running of the clinic and can also be inconvenient to other patients that require an appointment slot.
Arriving for your appointment
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment, you are welcome to arrive early and make use of our tea and coffee making facilities which are free to all our patients. If you arrive late for your appointment the time of your treatment session may be reduced if we have other patients scheduled after your appointment. If arrive later than 10 minutes for your scheduled appointment you may be refused treatment if there is not sufficient time to carry out the treatment and even charged for the wasted surgery time.
