If your treatment is covered by health insurance, charges may differ, so please telephone the clinic to confirm.
We are recognised providers for many leading health insurers including Bupa, Aviva, WPA, Cigna, CS Healthcare, Simply Health and Health Shield. Please contact your insurer to confirm authorisation, then call us with your membership and authorisation number.
If you book online, payment is taken in full at the time of booking. If you book by phone, we take a deposit to secure your appointment, as set out in our cancellation policy. We accept card and cash. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a 30-minute appointment, and 48 hours’ notice for longer appointments such as biomechanical assessments and nail surgery, or the full fee may be charged.
