If you suffer from pain in the heel or arch – knee, hip or even lower back, this comprehensive examination will allow our Podiatrist to diagnose your problems and develop a treatment plan to alleviate your discomfort.
Your feet and legs will be thoroughly assessed with particular emphasis being paid to the quality and range of motion of the joints and muscles.
With the information obtained in the examination our Podiatrist may prescribe you custom or off the shelf shoe inserts, exercises or may refer you to another health care professional.
Please note since our move to our larger Cardiff city centre podiatry clinic we have invested heavily in sophisticated 3D video gait analysis equipment. This equipment allows our podiatrist to analyse the whole body posture while walking and running from the front , side and back. We are able to show body mal alignments in slow motions to detect the slightest issues that may be responsible for various body pains such as knee, shin and even back pain.
